Dear: LORRAINE, Lee-Ann, Vincent and David, I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing and didn't get to see him, all though I always said I would. I always admired and respected Phil especially his strength. I learned a lot from Phil and he was my first boss on my first job and would always say to me" I GOT TO TEACH YOU THEN I GOT TO LOSE YOU" I always remembered that. GOD BLESS YOU PHIL AND REST IN PEACE.
