I was so sad to hear of Lou’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at IPP for years. He was loved by everyone he worked with. Lou was a valued employee and an all around great guy. We always laughed so much and had some great times in the Middletown group homes! My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Such a sad loss.
Sincerly, Sandee
My heart goes out to you all . Lou is now in Heaven with God . May he continue to look after us all as he did on earth , until we can meet again one day . Love you always … Steve
I was sad to hear of Louis passing. I have not spoken or seen since we graduated high school together. He was always a genuinely nice person. Recently I had seen him on school feed and we had a little bit of communication. My thoughts and prayers to his family and close friends.
My deepest sympathy to Lou’ s family, I was lucky to have known Lou and I got to visit with him recently. Lou could always make you laugh he had such a great sence of humor he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
To the Menta family,
I’m so sorry you have to be going through this terrible loss. I hold many many fond memories of our youth together and your family in my heart. You all were so kind to me and opened your doors of your home in Cheshire to me and many of Louis’s friends. Even though life took Louis and I in different directions, our paths would cross again because of FACEBOOK. Louis, David Pizzo and I were able to get together and have dinner which Louis so generously prepared for us. We spent the evening reminiscing, laughing and getting caught up on each others lives. Louis spoke fondly of his nieces and his family throughout the night. I am greatful that I had that time with my friends. I am blessed to have known Louis and I will miss him greatly.

I am in total shock!
My deepest sympathy to his family.
His smile and laughter and sense of humor will be missed.
I am so very sorry to hear of Lou’s passing. My condolences to his family, especially his mother. He spoke often of his mom. I worked with Lou in a home care agency and he was liked by all and truly cared for his patients. I remember him buying a fan for a patient who lived on the third floor. It was a very hot summer week. He was a pleasure to be around and I enjoyed his sense of humor very much. What a loss for all.
I am in a total shock!! Lou and I were very good friends. He was one of the best psychiatric homecare nurses that I adored. His patients, co-workers, and friends will truly miss him especially me. To Esther, I will pray for you and your family to be sustained during this difficult time. Lou’s sense of humor and smile will be greatly missed. I look forward to the day when death will be no more. Lou loved his mother very much. Was always looking out for her best interest. What a guy!!!
I’m sorry for you loss. May the God of all comfort give you the courage and the strength to cope. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
