Marilyn Carrington Esposito, 79, of Northford and Woodstock Valley, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the Windham Hospital, Willimantic. Wife of Charles R. Esposito. Daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret Frey Carrington, Born March 11, 1934. She was a kindergarten teacher in the North Haven and North Branford school systems. She was also head teacher at the Play School in North Haven for 25 years. She taught pre-school religion classes for 45 years at St. John’s Episcopal Church in North Haven. She is survived by three children, Laurie Coane (Brian), Robin Misbach both of Northford and Charles Randall (Jennifer) Esposito of Woodstock Valley, CT. Also survived by a brother, Grant Carrington of North Hampton, MA. Predeceased by a brother Wayne Carrington. She is also survived by five beloved grandchildren, Jennifer Sylvia (Robert) of Guilford, Alicia, T.J. and Matthew Coane of Northford and Penelope Rose Esposito of Woodstock Valley.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 11 am to 12 noon at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Interment will be in Barlow Cemetery, Woodstock.
