Jordan Michael Jacques, 21, of Hamden passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Massachusetts General Hospital with his family by his side. Jordan was born in New Haven on January 21, 1993; son of Leslie Miller and Paul C. Jacques; a 2011 Hamden High School graduate, he was very active and had worked for the Louis Astorino Hamden Skating Ring, and was an assistant Lacrosse coach at Hamden High School. Brother of Alphonse (Melissa) Jacques, Nicole and his twin sister Taylor. Grandson of Frederick Miller, Sr. and Norma Jacques.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to the Dunbar United Church of Christ, 767 Benham St., Hamden on Friday morning at 11:00 to attend a funeral service and are also invited to attend the committal services immediately following in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Thursday from 4 to 8 pm at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. What does one say to a family who has been thru hell and back with in a few months of each other. Don't know u very well but just wanted u to know that all of u have been in my prayers. I ask myself what sense did this make? It only created more heartache on top of heartache. They say that God did not do this make these precious children sick and take them.
