Ralph F. Vitale, 79, of New Haven, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at the CT Hospice, Branford. He was the husband of the late Connie Scala Vitale. Ralph was born in New Haven on February 23, 1936; son of the late Ralph and Josephine Giaimo Vitale and had worked as a general contractor. Father of Elizabeth (Anthony) Felicello, Frank A. Vitale and Gina (Richard) Caruso. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Brother of Mario and Joseph Vitale and the late Ann, Frank, Louis and Albert Vitale.
Family and friends are invited to meet directly at the office of All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven Friday morning at 11:30 and follow in procession to the graveside for a funeral service. There will be no visiting hours. The North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue has been entrusted with the arrangements.
