Donna J. Yedder Linsley, 52, of Branford passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was the wife of the late David Linsley. Born in New Haven on May 18, 1959; beloved daughter of Charles and Elaine Bradley Yedder of East Haven. Donna had worked as a supervisor for Webster Bank for many years and also had worked for the New Haven Register. She enjoyed going to the gym; was an avid walker; loved animals and truly loved to spend time with her family. Donna was a loving and caring person; always there to help anyone in need; she will truly be missed. Loving sister of Sharon (Michael) LeGates of North Haven, Sandra (Michael) Perrelli of Wallingford, David (Janice) Yedder of Denver, NC and Lisa (Jim) Peek of East Haven. Beloved granddaughter of Mary Bradley. Loving aunt and godmother of Patrick LeGates & Danielle Perrelli, and loving aunt of Arielle, Brandi & Samantha Yedder, Mikaela & Hunter Perrelli, and Alden Peek. Beloved niece of Edward (Jane) Bradley of Wallingford and George (Barbara) Bradley of Monroe. Loving companion and best friend of Louis Feniola. Also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Thursday morning at 9:00. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 9:30. Visiting hours will be Wednesday (TODAY) from 4 to 7 pm. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., I-91 Tech Ctr. #3, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Dr., Wallingford, CT 06492.
My sympathies goes to Donna’s family & Lou Feniola. Donna will be missed by so many people. I know I’m going to miss her. My prayers and thoughts are with Donna’s family & Lou.

My sympathy goes out to all of the people who have been graced by Donna’s presence. I remember Donna as a grade school student at Dominick H. Ferrara school in East Haven. She was a happy kid and a loving sister. I ran into her at the Durham Fair and recognized her right away. Those Yedders haven’t changed in all of these years.
