Agnes Weber, 92, died peacefully February 1, 2014. Born June 19, 1922 in Pottsville Pennsylvania, she was the second of nine children of Catherine Klitsche Hauptly and Alfred Hauptly.  She attended Catholic High School in Pottsville and moved to North Haven, Connecticut after marrying Thomas Weber on June 25, 1949.  She worked in the business office of Albertus Magnus College for 30 years until her retirement. She was a long time member of the North Haven Garden Club. She later left Connecticut to live with her daughter and son-in-law in Cullman, Alabama and subsequently moved with them to Lake Mary, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Weber, sisters:  Barbara Weiss, Sister Alfredine Hauptly and Laura Andrews, and brothers:  William Hauptly and Gerald Hauptly.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in law, Joan and Tony Iacobelli, son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Diane Weber, grandchildren: Melissa Weber, Mark Weber, Jr, Stephanie Weber, Katrina (Mark) Stephens, and Nicholas Iacobelli, and great grandchildren: John Mark and Annabelle Stephens, sisters: Rose Shaffer and Marie Plasha, and brother Alfred Hauptly.

Her funeral procession will leave North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave, Friday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis Cabrini Church, 6 Welch Rd, at 10:00. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Thursday from 4-8 pm.
