Elizabeth Kumnick Rosadini, 85, of Hartford Turnpike, North Haven passed away Friday, August 19, 2011 at her home. She was the wife of the late John Rosadini. Born in Meriden on November 28, 1925; daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude Dugan Kumnick. Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse for many years until her retirement. Mother of Margaret Rosadini, Lisa Arrigoni and John Rosadini. Also survived by seven grandchildren. Predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Wednesday morning at 9:30. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 pm.
The Doherty Kumnick family is eternally reunited around that great dining room table in heaven discussing issues of importance with Uncle Buddy as Aunt Margie serves up turkey, roast beef, mashed potatoes, Waldorf salad, and hefty helpings of Carvel ice cream cake. We neices and nephews were so fortunate to have been part of a lifetime of Sunday evenings with the family at 587 Broad Street. Thank you and God bless.
