It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret “Micki” Ann Moroch, 64 years of age, born July 20, 1947 in Hartford, CT. Micki passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, August 20, 2011 ending a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Micki fought this disease for 2 ½ years with amazing strength, grace and courage. During this time she never lost her brilliant sense of humor. Along the way she met wonderful nurses, aides and doctors who she grew to love and admire, many became true friends. Micki and her family will always be grateful to them for their care and kindness. Micki was predeceased by her parents Ernest and Rita Felber; brother John “Jack†Felber; her beloved Uncle Adam “Farmer†Felber; and her sweet baby granddaughter Jessica McNamara. Micki leaves behind her 5 sons and 14 grandchildren: Donald McNamara of Wallingford, his wife Donna, and their 4 children Amanda, Andrew, Nicole and Joshua; Kenneth McNamara of Salem Oregon, his wife Jessica, and their 4 children Aubrey, Aaron, Kylie and K.J.; Michael Lewis of Stafford Springs and his wife Cynthia and their 2 children Robert and Katrina; Adam Lewis of New Britain, his wife Samantha, and their 3 children Adam, Logan, and Johnny; Edward McNamara of California, and daughter Amanda. Micki also leaves behind her brother Larry Felber and his family; sister in law Daphne; and her lifelong friends Dale, Jill, Tina, Noreen and Carol who will miss her dearly. Micki was Office Manager at Overhead Door of Hartford, CT for 30 years where she ran a tight ship, and was loved and respected by all. She considered her co-workers to be more than friends, but an extension of her family. She was an avid golfer and loved being on the course. Micki found joy in many things from crocheting and crafts to Broadway shows. Many of her craft projects would be donated to those in need. She would crochet baby blankets for the neo-natal ward at the hospital and make beautiful cards for the deployed soldiers to send to their loved ones. Micki was a kind and thoughtful woman who took joy in helping others. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart and loved spending time with them. She had a special place in her heart for the beach, where she found peace and comfort from sound of the surf. Micki will live on in our hearts and in our cherished memories, we will always love and miss her.
A memorial service will be held on September 10, 2011 at the family’s home in Wallingford, CT. Please contact family members for more information. In lieu of flowers Micki would like donations sent to the CT Chapter of the Ovarian Cancer Society, P.O. Box 947, Putnam, CT 06260. The North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue has been entrusted with her arrangements.
Thoughts and prayers to all.
Donny & Mikey:
You boys are blessed to have a mother like her. She was the light in the life of so many people, too many to count. She reached out and touched so many lives and will be truly missed by all that met and knew her. No doubt she is looking down on all of us, smiling and making us laugh. God bless your families as you go thru this time and know she is in a better place with the angels and God.

DJ and Mikey – my thoughts are with you during this time of sorrow. Always remember the good times with your mom as they will bring back wonderful memories in the years to come.
We worked together from 1982 and you were always there for the company and for me. Whether it was the bankers tie on the door, Alvin and the Chipmunks singing carols from Nov 1st on , the Micki mood meter on your door or the request to close the office door to discuss one of your wayward children ( employee’s ) as you looked on all of them as yours. No owner could ask for a better employee or friend. So for about the 7,000 and last time with love, Good Night Micki, see you in the morning.
Never forgotten always remembered!!!!!!!!!!! 4 ever you willl be with us!!!!!!!
