Linda S. Prunier (Forte), 60, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Silver Spring Care Center, Meriden with her loving family by her side. Linda was born in New Haven on February 8, 1955; daughter of Raymond C. Prunier, Sr. and the late Edna Sanford Prunier. Linda had worked for the former Winchester Repeating Arms and later was an event coordinator for the American Dance Awards. Mother of Nicole (Marc) Russo, Melissa (John) Thomas and Kristen (Michael) Como. Sister of Kathleen (Edward) Crisafi, Patricia (George) Zdanis and Raymond C. (Margaret) Prunier, Jr. Loving grandmother of Cailynn, Avery, Michael, Hailey, Fitzgerald and Elizabeth. Special aunt to several nieces and nephews. Former wife to Robert Forte.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Monday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Sunday from 3 to 7 pm. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Partnership Center for Adult Day Care, 3 Industrial Circle, Hamden, CT 06517.

I spent a lot of time with linda at all of our family functions and had the pleasure to work with her at arden Courts and will truly be missed

with Linda and you at First National. I can still picture her working at the cash register like it was yesterday.
My heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. I grew up around the corner from Linda..we went to school together from kindergarten to high school. Such a sweet, wonderful person who will be missed by many. May you find comfort in memories and healing through faith.
