Antoinette Lanzofano DeVivo, 93, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Thursday September 22, 2016 with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry DeVivo. Antoinette was born in New Haven on April 18, 1923; daughter of the late Salvatore and Filippa Russo Lanzofano; had worked as a seamstress for many local businesses including the former Lucy Baltzels of Hamden; she attended the Mary Wade Adult Day Center and enjoyed going to the casino, playing the horses and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved unconditionally. Mother of Janet (John) O’Mara, Nancy (Andrew) DeBattista and Anthony (Terry) DeVivo. Sister of Frank Lanzofano and the late Anna Uss , Carmelina Zimbardi, Josephine Belli, Phyllis VanderMaelin, Joseph Lanzofano and Mary Aceto. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to meet directly at All Saints Cemetery on Monday at 11:00 am to attend a graveside service.
