Edith C. Koproski, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7, 2016 at home with her family by her side. Edith was born in Meriden on October 24, 1948; daughter of the late John and Edith White Cecarelli, Sr. She is survived by Teddy Koproski, Daughters: Amy (Richard) Draghi, Katie (Brian) Mattice and Heather Koproski, Granddaughters: Grace and Emma Draghi, Kaylin Mattice, as well as her Brother: John Cecarelli, Jr. and Sister: Sarah Drisko. Edith was a lifelong resident of Northford. Her greatest joys were her children, her beloved granddaughters and her family farm.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Wednesday morning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Northford Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 pm. Should friends desire, they can send flowers or make memorial contributions to the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.
