Doris M. Falchero, 87, of Hamden, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 22, 2012. Born in Hamden on February 19, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Cherubino and Emma Verna Falchero. She had worked as a bookkeeper for the E.J. Davis Company, was a member of the New Haven Catholic Woman’s Society and the Hamden Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by her sister Ines Falchero of Hamden and many close friends.
Her Funeral Procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Ave., Wednesday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm. Should friends desire memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice.
