Helen Camera DiMeola, 96, of Tolland formerly of North Haven passed away on Friday February 13, 2015 at the Evergreen Health Care Center Stafford Springs, CT. She was the wife of the late Herbert DiMeola. Helen was born October 16, 1918 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Louise Laura Camera. Helen was a seamstress for Joseph Feldman Co. of Wallingford until her retirement. Mother of Dr. Herbert J. DiMeola and Richard A. DiMeola both of Tolland. Grandmother of James Brendan DiMeola, Dr. Michael Anthony DiMeola and his Wife Dr. Ashley DiMeola, Helen Elizabeth Scirocco and her husband Atty. Mark Scirocco. Great Grandmother of Clare Scirocco. Sister of Salvatore Camera of New Haven and the late Mary Ricciuti, Antoinette Ragazino, Louise Barile, Ralph, Pasquale, Matteo and Frank Camera. Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home 36 Washington Avenue, Wednesday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Frances Cabrini Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 8pm.
