Norah O’Connor Cunningham, 83, formerly of Montgomery Dr. Northford, CT and Cara Dr. Nanuet, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Nathaniel Witherell Home, Greenwich. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence T. Cunningham. Norah was born in Moycullen, Co. Galway, Ireland on August 20, 1932; daughter of the late Michael and Mary Toole O’Connor. She had worked as a Registered Nurse at Nyack Hospital, New York. Mother of Mary (Ray) Buckley, Judith (Rick) Drago and Patricia (Curt) Hawkes. Grandmother of Raymond, Shannon, Jake, Richard, Charles, Norah and Delia. Norah is survived by 9 sisters and 5 brothers and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Barnabas Church at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
