Corinne M. Zandri Smith, 65, formerly of Quinnipiac Avenue, North Haven, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born in New Haven on October 19, 1946; daughter of the late Leona M. Gabucci Zandri and Irmo “Emo†Zandri. She had worked as a secretary for the U.S. Government Department of Health and Human Services. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi, the Order of the Sons of Italy, Greater New Haven Lodge #37 and the Marcheggiano Society Ladies Auxiliary. Mother of Christine Smith of Albuquerque, NM.
A memorial service will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Friday morning at 11:00. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in the St. Lawrence Garden Mausoleum.
