Ms B You will be missed. You had a huge impact on my life back in high school thank you for all that you have done for me and the the North Haven Community
Ms. Brozak was a teacher in Jr. High way back when she first started teaching. My condolences go out to friends and family at this time of need. Including all the students she taught and was Principal for.
As A Tech. Ed. Teacher at NHHS I had the opportunity to work with Pat for several years. She was a caring and dedicated principal. Thanks and God Bless. From one Red Sox fan to another, Go Red Sox!
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Pat’s father, brothers and all of the Brozek family but most especially to my dear friend Elsa. Words can’t express the sadness that everyone feels by this loss. Pat made a difference and brought laughter to many lives including her dear friends “the usual suspects”. We will always remember the happy and fun times on Block Island and Pat’s wonderful deck parties. Red wine was her passion so as Pat would say I’m going to have a little “sup” for her.
My deepest sympathies go out to the Brozek family and my friend Elsa. Pat was always smiling and had the best interest of the students at the forefront of her efforts. She was a great mentor to me and always had an open door policy for me. I will miss our friendship, but will hold dearly the memories. RIP PKB. You will be greatly missed by the North Haven community.
Our deepest sympathy to the Brozek family and to our special friend, Elsa.
We feel so blessed to have known Pat and made so many memories with her over the years. Not only was Pat a true educator, she was a loyal and devoted friend to us. We are grateful that she was part of our lives while we worked in North Haven and continued to be our friend after our retirement. There will never be another Pat!
Our community was so lucky to have her.
Pat, you will be in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Pat. I was fortunate to get to know Pat over the past few years from the Owenego when we would be the ones to want to rush into summer in April as we sat on the boardwalk. She was a wonderful person and she will certainly be missed at the “O”. I will make sure we save her spot. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Nancy
I was so sorry to hear about Mrs. Brozek’s passing. She was a wonderful teacher and I learned so much from her. She had a wonderful way of having you learn new concepts without you even realizing you were learning–until you glanced back and the “light-bulb” would go off. To her family, friends and colleagues I send my prayers. I feel so blessed to have had such a wonderful teacher.
To Elsa and the entire Brozek family:
For those of us lucky enough to know Pat as a friend, we have certainly lost a woman larger than life…. full of fun and with deep passion for those people and things that she cared so much about. I will always remember how she welcomed me when I came to North Haven, and how we remained friends well after I left. I will miss her infectious laugh, her unbelievable stories, her honesty and her favorite saying, “I can’t make this stuff up!!” I know that those of us who loved her will cherish and hold close those indelible memories that she brought into our lives. And even though I am a METS fan, I will end with these words we all heard so often from Pat….”LET”S GO SOX!!”
My condolences to Pat’s family and her many friends. She was a true professional and worked hard to help make the North Haven school system one of the best in the state.
She will be missed but not forgotten.
Rest in peace friend.
What began many years ago as a working relationship with Pat but soon developed as a loving personal friend to our family we are profoundly saddened to lose our dear friend. We shared so many wonderful times with Pat and Elsa. Those kind of memories are what will sustain Pat’s family and friends in the days ahead as we all gather to say goodbye to the remarkable woman Pat Brozek was.
To Pat’s family and Elsa our hearfelt sympathy.
Ms. Brozek was assistant principal during my junior high years, as well as high school, dating back to 1984 thru 1989. She was a great principal and dedicated her life to the kids of North Haven. My deepest condolences to her family and others who loved her. Rest in peace “Ms. Brozek”.
My deepest sympathy to Elsa and the Brozek family, Pat was a great person she will be greatly missed!
Ms. Brozek was an amazing woman. I am still in shock over the news of her passing and I cannot believe that the woman who was so full of life, is suddenly gone.
Ms. Brozek was not only my high school principal (1994-1998), but also my mentor. I was president of the Class of 1998 and got to know Ms. Brozek through many committee meetings and considered her a strong female role model. She had a great smile and disposition. She had the respect of students, and in turn, she respected them. I truly felt that when I spoke to Ms. B., she listened to me as if I were more of colleague than a student. I think this is one of the many reasons she was so loved.
She had a profound impact upon me at NHHS. I am lucky to have gotten to know her as more than a Principal. I am fortunate to have learned so much from her and will never forget the wonderful relationship we had.
Rest in peace Ms. Brozek. My deepest sympathies to your family, friends, and Ms. Ruoff.
Such an incredible mentor, educator, and inspiration not only to me but to everyone she served. To teach is to touch a life forever….and you have. I am forever grateful.
My deepest sympathy to Pat’s family and to my friend, Elsa. I will truly miss her hearty laugh and genuine sense of humor.
To you Patricia, I will forever admire your administrative abilities in tackling the difficult issues head on and with common sense. My respect for you as a friend and colleague will be with me always.
Ms. Brozek was a wonderful principal. She always had the respect of the students and teachers when I attended NHHS 1994-97. Her contributions to the North Haven school system will be remembered.
My thoughts are with her friends and family at this very difficult time.
Very sorry to hear about Ms. Brozek. She was an awesome woman and will be missed by all of the North Haven community. Thank you for all you did for everyone. Most sincere sympathy to all your family and friends.
To Brian, Greg and Vinny,
Although many years have passed, I still think of all of you as family. I have so many fond memories of being next door neighbors. I remember Patty’s disappointment at not being school bus monitor, her blasting the song “Sherry baby” for the whole neighborhood to hear, lining up and watching her drive down the driveway for her first date etc. I will remember her always! My thoughts are with you.
My deepest sympathy to Pat’s family. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Miss Brozek was my English teacher in 8th grade. I remember how she decorated her room with posters to motivate students and their learning. Her lessons were always well organized and to the point. It was clear early on that she loved teaching. My prayers are with her family and the North Haven community. ( Class of 1982)
