Adrienne Mattei Zona, 59, of East Haven entered into eternal rest after a long illness with her family by her side on May 26, 2012, at the Masonicare Health Center. She was born in New Haven on August 6, 1952; daughter of the late Dominick and Irene Caccavale Mattei. Adrienne had worked as an AT&T Operator. Loving Mother of Dawn (Chet) Sullivan Ciampini of North Haven, Christopher Sullivan of East Haven and the late Brian Sullivan. Grandmother of Jackie, Dominick, Brandon, Brian, Anthony and Jonathon. Sister of Cynthia Carofano of Texas and Brenda (Tony) Ciaburri of Hamden. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Friday from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
