Madeline L. Massari, 96, of New Haven, passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 at Branford Hills. Wife of the late Louis O. Massari. Born on December 3, 1919; daughter of the late Dominic and Marie Landino DeLorenzo. Madeline lived in North Haven for over 37 years and moved to New Haven in 1994; had worked for over 30 years at the former Uhl Cigars Shop in North Haven until her retirement; she was a former member of St. Therese Church in North Haven and a member of St. Stephen’s Senior Citizens Group. Mother of Linda (Michael) Wronski, John (Rose) Massari and Louis (JoAnne) Massari, Jr. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. Sister of the late Anthony, Donald, Angelo & Andrew DeLorenzo, Theresa Flynn and Antoinette Balough.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Saturday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Saturday morning from 8:30 to 9:30.
So sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences to the entire family . I just heard the news an I'm sorry i was unaware of the mass for your mother.
Montowese is a different world now, but i will always remember the fun we had as kids running an just misbbehaving as your mom and mine just let us be kids !
