I am so sad for this great loss to so many, especially Jimmy & Joanie. I spent a good deal of my youth in the DeBridgita & Lynch homes, living next door. I have so many wonderful memories of us playing music or watching Bandstand & dancing ’til I thought we would wear out the living room carpet! Julia did not mind. We also spent a lot of time as teens planning our futures. I would always stop in the bank to see her whenever I returned to CT from FL. She was a wonderful childhood friend & a beautiful person. My deepest sympathy to her family & friends.

Thank you for showing me the ropes in the banking industry. You were a great teacher. We’ll miss you. My thoughts go out to the family.
So sorry that such a lovely lady has passed away.
My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this time. I first met Josephine next door at Joan’s house- my night ended in her house with her going in her closet and giving me a brand new Coach bag! I still have that bag today. Josephine was loved by many on different levels. Although you may be sad and have many questions please know that God makes no mistakes. On Wednesday he gathered all of those who have gone before her to let her know that it is time. You have done well Josephine- now it is time for you to rest. Although the tears may fall from your eyes- tears of joy have welcomed her into the promised land.
Earth has no sorrows that Heaven can not heal.
My prayers are with you all.
Very sorry to hear about the loss of one of our classmates. May you rest in peace Josephine.

As a Lynch, Auntie Phine was loved by my family like a daughter, sister, and aunt. The Lynch and DeBridgita families lived next door to each other, and lived in each other’s hearts when they could not be physically close. She was my Auntie, even if it took a while explaining we were not related, it ended with, “She’s my Auntie.” She’s family. I now see how many others she adopted as an Auntie. Anyone who called her Auntie had an aunt sent from heaven, because God knew you needed one. Sadly for us, He has called her back. He needs her now.
I cannot describe the spirit of Auntie Phine and truly capture it in words.
I shall leave it to Mother Theresa,
“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”
That is her. Look for her now in the twinkle of one of her great-nephew or niece’s eye, the smile of somebody being kind to you, in the silences as somebody lovingly listens to you unburden your troubles, or in the laugh of a funny memory shared about her. She is there.
Auntie Jo – We will miss you more than you will ever know! Thank you for being there for us always! Sunday mornings will never be the same! We know that your pain and suffering is over! We love you, may you rest in peace with all the others who have gone before you! Miss you! XO
So blessed to have known Josephine. My thoughts and prayers to her family.
Truly going to miss that beautiful smile and infectious laugh. I am so thankful that you were a part of my life. Love you
Auntie Jo, you will always hold a place in our hearts. You always had a way to make everyone smile. We are so thankful to now have you as our special guardian angel. We love you and we will miss you.
Forever in our hearts!! You were a caring, loving, outgoing woman that loved life and everything that it brought your way. You will me missed greatly by all that were honored to know you. Rest in peace Josephine. XOXOXO
