I was so saddened to hear of Patti’s passing. My heartfelt sympathy to her family. While I did not know her well, I was around her enough to recognize a strong woman with a fine sense of humor. She seemed to have such a good time at family events. I am sure her family and friends have many happy memories of her that will help them through these sad days. To paraphrase a quote of Garrison Kellor: When your sister dies, your childhood fades, there being one less person to remember it with.
