Nancy, I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I have very fond memories of our time in New Hampshire, all those years ago, and how kind your father was to me. (He got me to eat steamers for the first time). May you be comforted with great memories. Dale
Nancy and family, Wishing you peace, comfort, and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.
A great man who has left a legacy through his own children and grandchildren. A legacy he was really proud of. I learned as a young boy not to make Uncle Bill angry. One day he found me swimming alone in the swimming pool at his home on Pembroke (sp) in Hamden. Billy and I would often frolick in the pool (supervised of course). Well, Uncle Bill let me know I was never to swim alone again. I think birds flew into the air as he scolded me. About an hour later he shared a beer and an ice cream cup with me. Well, the ice cream was for me. Looking back now I have many fond memories of Uncle Bill. He's with the Lord now, a place all of us will be. Peace and strength to his family.
