Thomas S. Prates, Sr., 68, of New Haven, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Paradigm Health Center, New Haven. Born in New Haven on July 7, 1944; son of the late Stephen T. and Florence Bethke Prates. Thomas was a self-employed architect. Father of Thomas S. Prates, Jr. and Jeffrey S. Prates both of West Haven. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Tuesday morning at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Family and friends may call Tuesday morning from 9 until time of service.
