Our family would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the DeMatteis family. Growing up on Washington Avenue in the 60's was a thrilling time and with Al, Peggy and their family right next door…it was terrific. I will always have a warm place in my heart for the positive comments about my music and those great rehearsals in the basement.
We thank the DeMatteis family for being such good neighbors.
So sorry for your loss.
Thinking of you all during this very sad time. So sorry for your loss.
My deepest sympathy to the DeMatteis family. Alexis was my best friend growing up and Peggy and Al were simply the best. Always enjoyed the last lunch on Saturday's and especially the grapes. Will never forget the pancakes breakfast . May She rest in eternal peace with Alexis. Laurie and John so sorry for your loss always had fun with both of you also. Those years were the best of times. With love always

I worked with Peggy at the answering service many years ago. She was one of the kindest and sweetest people that I have ever known. And how she loved her family! When I got married forty years ago, she made me a ceramic Christmas tree that I put on the piano every Christmas. It always brings me fond memories of her. I'm sure that her love is shining down on all of you. Like our dear Lord, may she Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory.
