Marjorie M. Cinicola Minore, 90, of North Haven, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 with her beloved daughter and friend. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Minore. Mrs. Minore was born in New Haven on November 18, 1922; daughter of the late Anthony and Philomena Cinicola; had worked for the North Haven Board of Education as a cafeteria worker; enjoyed doing puzzles, cooking, feeding her beloved family and friends, loved the beach, its sea glass and shells; enjoyed watching her grandchildren’s sporting events. Mother of Joseph (Sandra) Minore of Cape Coral, FL, Mark (Wendy Darling) Minore of Branford and the late Barbara J. Prato. Mother-in-law of John A. Prato of East Haven. Grandmother of Stephen (Barbara Murch) Minore, Lisa (Scott) Lee, David (Heather) Minore, Robert Minore, Christina Minore, Christopher (Jennifer) Prato and Melissa (Janet Madigan) Prato. Also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Mary Minore, Minnie Amendola, Annie Hayes, Rose DiGioia, Joanne Cinicola, Alphonse “Duke†Donato, Steve and John Cinicola.
Family and friends are invited to meet at the office of All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven on Monday morning at 9:45 and follow the funeral procession to the graveside for a service at 10:00 am. The visiting hours will be Sunday from 3 to 7 pm at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., I-91 Ctr.#3, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or the CT Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111.
On Monday, December 17th, 2012 at 11:00 am, the family invites you to join them for a memorial gathering luncheon at Fantasia Banquet Facility, 404 Washington Avenue, North Haven.

So sorry for your tragic double loss. You are all in my prayers.
It was so generous of Joe & Marge to share their front lawn with our extended family when we had our summer picnics next door.
