Your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
To Jan and the entire Guido family,
I am devastated to learn of John’s passing and wish I was in CT to pay my final respect to a man I dearly loved. John was one of the kindest and most considerate people I have ever met and I am thankful that I was able to spend 7 years with him as the Principal of the middle school. I will forever remember our talks in my office about everything under the sun, and how we always ended up either talking politics, family or his famous trips to the casino.
North Haven has lost a devoted husband, father, grandfather and teacher, but his memory will live forever in the hearts of his family, his friends, and the countless students who passed through his classroom door. God Bless You, John.
May you forever rest in eternal peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of need, What a wonderful man John was….I am fortunate to have taking care of such a happy man no matter his situation. always a smile…… God bless… Victoria
I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Mrs Guido & family. Mr Guido was my 6th grade teacher at Mill Road (Ah, the good ol’ days!!). Then he was both of my sons’ teacher at the Middle School a few years back. He was always a pleasure to run into at church or around town & I’ll miss seeing him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all especially at this time of year.
