Mildred L. (Murray) Mirandi, 94, of North Haven, entered into rest peacefully on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in New Haven, CT. She was the beloved wife of Frank V. Mirandi Sr. of Bronx, NY. Mildred was born in New Haven, on April 2, 1928, and was the beloved daughter of the late Francis and Alice (Black) Murray. She had worked as a waitress for many years at the former Cape Codder in New Haven. She enjoyed singing, watching the Golden Girls television show and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees (with a special love for her favorite players Mo & Bernie). Mildred often volunteered at the Senior Center in North Haven where she enjoyed calling the numbers on Bingo nights. However, Mildreds greatest joy was spending time with & cooking for her family, whom she loved unconditionally. Beloved mother of Linda Norman and the late Thomas Norman. Loving grandmother of Erika (John) Armino and Christopher (Jessica) Torre. Great grandmother of Ashley, Autumn, Johnny, Alexandria, Jordan, Louis, and Peyton. Also survived by one brother, a sister-in-law, countless nieces, and nephews. Predeceased by one sister and eight brothers.
If you would like to send flower arrangements, please send directly to the North Haven Funeral Home.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to the office at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven, CT on Wednesday morning on January 4th, at 12 noon and will follow in procession for a committal service.
