J. Hubert Robichaud, 90, of Masonic Avenue, Wallingford passed away on January 16, 2013 at the Masonic Health Care Center. Husband of the late Mary Anna Trahan Robichaud. Born in Meteghan, Nova Scotia, Canada on June 10, 1922; son of the late Basil and Emilie Gaudette Robichaud. Hubert served in Europe during World War II with the Royal Canadian Airforce, he moved to the United States in 1957.He retired from Tilcon Tomasso in 1986. He’s survived by his children, Helen Hall of Milford, Roland Robichaud of Northford, Paulette Sauska of New Orleans, Edward Robichaud, Brian Robichaud both of West Haven and Michelle Robichaud-Letcher of Sudbury, MA, 21 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Brothers. Predeceased by his son Guy Robichaud, his Granddaughter Leah Hall and 7 brothers and sisters.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Saturday morning at 9:00. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Barnabas Church at 9:30. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Friday (TODAY) from 5-7.
