Debra A. Dady, 51, of East Haven, Formerly of North Haven, passed away on January 20, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Rick Dady of 31 years. Born in New Haven on March 23, 1961. Daughter of Alberta DelGuidice and the late Louis DelGuidice. Predeceased by her mother Lili DelGuidice. She loved being with and taking care of her entire family, and was a friend to everyone she met. She would go to hockey, football, baseball games, plays and cheerleading tournaments that her children as well your children were in and being so proud of them all. She enjoyed cooking, baking, doing the Sunday crossword, going out to dinner with her husband and playing bingo. Worked for Apple Oil, and Spectrum Hair Design in North Haven. Devoted mother to Michael Dady, and his fiancé Stephanie Stanio, of Orange, Richard Dady and Christopher Dady both of East Haven. Loving sister of Sandra Comstock of East Haven, Linda (Lenny) Wishart of North Haven, Louis (Karen) DelGuidice of New Haven, Vincent (Kimberly) DelGuidice of Branford, Doreen DelGuidice of Wallingford and Karen (David) Modine of Killingworth. Sister-in-law of Walter (Patricia) Dady, Mark Dady and Victor Angeles. Niece of Geraldine Fletcher of West Haven, Lois (Vincent) Romei of Woodbridge and the late Verna Larke. Aunt of 14 nieces and nephews, Great-aunt of 11 nieces and nephews and Godmother of 3.
Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Thursday morning at 9:30. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Barnabas Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Smilow Cancer Hospital, P.O. Box 1849, New Haven, CT 06508 or the CT Hospice, Inc. 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405.

I was a childhood friend of Debbie when we lived in Orange on Ridgeview Road. She always had a very kind and loving spirit. I’m sad to hear God called her so early from this world. She will be missed deeply but I believe she is now in paradise, free from any pain and suffering. My thoughts are with her family.

It has been many years knowing all of you,we have shared alot of times together
and great moments down the hockey rink.All of you should have very fond memories of your mother she was very devoted to each and everyone of you.She never turned her back on anybody.I remember her alway being happy to be around everyone she adored.She had a smile for all.W
