Brenda Granfield-Serio, 58, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at her home. She was the loving fiancé of Edward Serio. Brenda was born in West Palm Beach, FL on September 23, 1954; daughter of Kathryn Stewart of GA and the late Harry Stewart. Brenda was a free-lance stenographer for thirty years and a member of the Faith United Methodist Church of North Haven. Loving mother of Kristen Macunas and her husband Mat of West Hartford. Sister of Kevin (Janie) Wallace of TX, Christopher Stewart, Ronald (Lynn) Stewart all of FL, Brenda (Larry) Stewart of CO and Edward Stewart of GA.
A Celebration of Brenda’s life will be conducted on Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 in the Faith United Methodist Church, 81 Clintonville Road, North Haven at 11:00 am. There were no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Haven, Inc., 89 Mill Rd., North Haven, CT 06473.
