Victoria Torcellini (Esposito) MacLellan, 95, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Montowese Health and Rehabilitation Center, North Haven with her family by her side.  She was the wife of the late Salvatore Esposito.  Victoria was born in West Haven on October 1, 1918; daughter of the late Raffaele and Pauline Petrini Torcellini; had worked for the SNET Company for many years until her retirement and was a member of the North Haven Senior Center.  Beloved mother of Denise Acampora and her husband Attorney John Acampora.  Loving grandmother of John Michael Acampora and his wife Christa, Maria Acampora and great-grandmother of Michael J. Acampora and Emma E. Acampora. Predeceased by a brother Lawrence Torcellini and sisters Ethel Sullivan, Katherine Fenton and Ann Shields.  The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Yale-New Haven Neuro Science Intensive Care and the owners and nursing staff at the Montowese Health and Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care and comfort given to Victoria.

Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Friday morning, Dec. 27th at 10:30. Family and friends may call from 9:00 to 10:30 am.  A mass of Christian burial will follow in St. Frances Cabrini Church at 11:00.  Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  Should friend’s desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook St., I-91 Tech Ctr. #3, Rocky Hill, CT  06067.
