Debra M. DeAntonio Affinito, 59, of 640 Mix Avenue, Hamden, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the CT Hospice, Branford. She was the wife of the late Vincent Affinito. Debbie was born in New Haven on October 26, 1953; daughter of the late Paul J. and Mary Smith DeAntonio; had worked for the Eye Center of Hamden and later for the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council in New Haven. Besides her beloved daughter Nicole, she leaves her siblings Joseph DeAntonio, Michael (Alberta) DeAntonio, Mary Ferriola and Paula Champagne. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Thursday morning at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm.
I will always remember you Debbie back in the day, your family lived 2 houses away. Then I saw you later at the “EYE CENTER” in Hamden, Always cheerful and smiling. Rest now Debbie and meet your loved ones in Heaven.
