Nicholas Ventriglio, 96, formerly of Fisco Drive, East Haven passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford.  He was the husband of the late Dolores R. Marino Ventriglio.  Nicholas was born in New Haven on April 10, 1919; son of the late Francis and Mary Annunziata Ventriglio; served his country faithfully in the US Army during WW II and had worked for the US Postal Service for 35 years until his retirement.  Father of Dorothy (Donald Dahmer) Ventriglio, Richard (Becky) Ventriglio and Robert Ventriglio.  Grandfather of Robin Ventriglio and Nicholas Ventriglio.  Brother of Mary Kilmartin and the late Annette Petunia, Ann Miranda, Pasquale, Salvatore, Michael and Anthony Ventriglio

Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Wednesday morning at 11:30.  Family and friends may call from 9:00 am until time of service.  Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Clifford W.
