Alice Aurora Ardito, 90, of Northford, passed away peacefully on Saturday January 3, 2015 at the Arden Court, Hamden. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Linda who was very special to her. Alice was the wife of the late Philip J. Ardito and was born in New Haven on February 28, 1924; daughter of the late Nicola and Anna Laura Aurora. Mother of Linda (Tom) Sullivan and the late Philip Ardito Jr. Grandmother of Tom Sullivan, Jr. (Sherry), Brian Sullivan (Sarah), Kevin Sullivan (Corrin) and Elisa LaBash (George). Great-Grandmother of Tommy, Connor, Ryan and Laura, Sister of Trofemina Barletta and the late Connie DeCato, Filomena Ludovico, Carmel Grimaldi and Peter Aurora. The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to the staff at Arden Court for the wonderful care and support.
Private funeral services have been entrusted to the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, which will be held at the convenience of the family.
RIP Auntie Alice you are home now with our Lord. You will never be forgotten. My condolences to all who knew and loved her.
