Carmen “Charlie” Puglisi, Jr. 74, of Florida formerly of North Branford, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Bridgeport Hospital. Charlie was born in Meriden on September 2, 1941; son of the late Carmen Charlie Puglisi, Sr. and Concetta Mendillo Puglisi and had worked in the flooring business for many years. Father of Joseph Puglisi and Christopher (Cindy) Puglisi. Grandfather of Zach, Christopher and Katelyn Puglisi. Brother of Barbara Fee and Gloria Barboza. Former husband of Nadia Puglisi.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Saturday at 12:00 PM with the Rev. Timothy Meehan officiating. Family and friends may call from 9:00 until time of service. Interment will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Hamden.
Uncle Charlie- We are going to miss you dearly. I was very proud to have you as my uncle with so many fond memories of you growing up while visiting you, Aunt Nadia, Joe and Chris at your home in North Branford along with spending the holidays with all of our families together. God bless you and may you rest in peace with our loved one's on the other side.
Charlie, I'll always remember you full of life, having a good time and dressed to the nines on a Friday night to go out dancing. I'll miss you, my friend. My deepest sympathies to Joe, Regina and the Puglisi family.
