Adele Huhla Mangino, 95, of North Branford passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 28th, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late Harry C. Mangino.  Adele was born in Guilford on February 26, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Kazimier and Agnes Wotjak Huhla.  She had worked at the former Gants and Sero Shirtmakers, the former Ashley’s and Angra of Branford. Predeceased by her sisters Jennie and Catherine Offredi, Wanda Rice, and brothers Benny, Alfred and Edwin Huhla. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews

The visiting hours will be Saturday morning Feb. 4th from 9:30 to 10:30 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven at 11:00 AM.  Entombment will follow in the All Saints Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
