Dear Al & Bernie and family of Al Jr our heartfelt thoughts for your incredible loss.
I had the pleasure of officiating hockey with Al for a number of years. We both started the same year and grew to be friends. He was an amazing person and a joy to be around. My condolences to his children and family. RIP Alan.
Dear Al, Bern, Alan, Catie, Julia, Amy & Brett. My deepest condolences on the loss of Al. You all are so loved and in my prayers. Al had a smile that always made you think he was up to something and sometimes he was but he was also such a warm and caring person. He was quick with a joke just like his dad. He used to helped his dad back in the day with doing inventories and he once sang me one just for a change of pace. I laughed so much. It was so unexpected and so Al. If I find it, I will pass it along to you all. I will never forget him for as long as I live. My heart and my prayers are with you all. Love, Dee

My brother who was also a teammate of his said “a catcher, hockey player, and a cop…doesn’t get more tough than that”. Rest In Peace Al.
