Alfred E. Tosetti, 87, of Hamden passed away peacefully Monday March 5, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital/St. Raphael Campus. He was the beloved husband of the late Joan Lynch Tosetti. Alfred was born in Hamden on June 20, 1930 and was the son of the late Eugene and Mary Calini Tosetti. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve. Alfred was Senior Vice President for the former New Haven Savings Bank for 40 years until his retirement. Father of Lynn Tosetti and Jan (Dennis) Michels. Grandfather of Quinn Michels. Brother of Robert and William Tosetti.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue on Thursday morning at 10:30.Family and friends may call from 9:30 until time of service. Interment will follow in the All Saints Cemetery.

I had the pleasure of working with Al from 1983-1997 at New Haven Savings Bank. We worked together in the Mortgage Department and I always found him to be very knowledgable and a good friend, I am sorry to hear of his passing. It was many years ago, but I have many fond memories of working with him at the bank.
