Al was a beautiful kind and respectful person.
Great sense of humor and enjoyed working and helping the community. He will be missed but never forgotten.I will miss seeing him at work and his hearing him say I want to eat guanime(Spanish dumplings). To his newly wife and children,
I pray the lord give you all the Peace and understanding only he can give. May you know you are in our thoughts and prayers. May the Peace of the Lord be with you all.
Saying goodbye for the last time is always the hardest especially to a man who always had a smile and a quick joke or a reference to something, that put a smile on my face, I’m going to miss that as will a lot of other people. My condolences go out to Jess and the rest of the Garcia family.
I met Al four years ago at Medtronic, right when I started. I always noticed him because he was always singing and had a big smile on his face. while others might lower their heads or gaze to avoid eye contact with you, he always greeted you, and if he was not sprinting down the hall, will stop and exchange a few words with you. He was one of the nicest people I have ever had the opportunity and pleasure to have met. Al was always great with advise, always willing to help any conversation you had with him, you left with more knowledge, a renewed strength and of course smiling at some joke or comment that had to be added. My deepest condolences to his family I pray for them in this moment of pain. Al may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
I’m so sorry for your loss and prayers for you and your baby and the families I wish I could be there but can’t do I will send you something at the calling hrs.
For almost 29 years, I had known Alvaro, always the same happy smiling person and always saying when he pass by “hola Jefe como estas? I can still here those words. We all going to miss you Al. My deepest condolences and prayers for the family. God bless your soul. Until we meet again.

Your smile will be missed. My deepest condolences to the Garcia family.
Al,
I miss you man. We had some fun times in RDTS and the news of your passing is still hard to stomach. The other day I found a half dollar you gave me a long time ago, I kept it all these years…and I’ll continue to keep it and think of you whenever I hold it.
Say hello to heaven for me and have a beer with my dad if you see him 🙂
Until then,
Your buddy Ryan
