Angelina Calabrese Rosabianca, 98, of Hamden passed away peacefully on Monday, January 29, 2018 at her home with her family by her side.  She was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Rosabianca.  Angelina was born in New Haven on February 4, 1919 and was the daughter of the late Catello and Maria DeLieto Calabrese.  She had worked at the former Berger Brothers of New Haven and was a parishioner of St. Rita Church.  Angelina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother devoted to her family whom she loved unconditionally.  Mother of Charlie Rosabianca (Adeline) and Joseph Rosabianca (Patti LeQuire).  Grandmother of Carrie Ann Rosabianca, Christina Wilonski (Brian), Angelina Coughlin (Brian), Theresa Kingston (Edward), Lisa Rosabianca, Andrew Rosabianca (Alison) and Gina Knust Graichen (Greg).  Sister of Andy Calabrese and the late Joseph Calabrese, Mary DeMatteo, Diane Costanzo, Connie Steele, Assunta “Sue” Esposito, Blaze “Peter” Calabrese and Anna Sagnella.  Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Thursday morning at 9:15.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Rita Church at 10:00.  Entombment will follow in the St. Lawrence Mausoleum, West Haven.  The visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clelian Adult Day Center, 261 Benham Street, Hamden, CT  06514.
