Ann Martin Burban, 96, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Steven L. Burban. Ann was born in New Haven on January 15, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Matthew and Michalina Chromada Martin. She had worked at the former Winchester Repeating Arms Company of New Haven. She was a parishioner of St. Barnabas Church for many years. Ann was an avid reader. Mother of Robert (Sue) Burban, Martin Burban and the late Regina Burban. Grandmother of Terri Eskew. Great grandmother of Samantha Eskew. Predeceased by seven brothers.
Family and friends are invited to go directly to St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven on Friday morning at 10:00 to attend a Mass of Christian burial and are also invited to attend the committal service immediately following in All Saints Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours. The North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue have been entrusted with the arrangements.
