Anne Kopylec DellaValle, 104, formerly of Patton Road, North Haven and West Yarmouth, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at Cape Cod Hospital, Barnstable, MA. She was predeceased by her husband John C. DellaValle, sisters Mary Gould, Alice (Holly) Williams and brothers Andrew, Michael, Stephen, John and Joseph Kopylec. Anne was born in New Haven on November 2, 1917 and was the daughter of the late Alex and Eva Garbinski Kopylec. She spent many years liviing at the North Haven Senior Housing until moving to her niece’s home on Cape Cod. Anne had worked for the former North Branford and Keefe’s Nursing Homes, and later worked for the former Circuit Wise of North Haven for 12 years until her retirement. Anne was a member of the North Haven Senior Center, enjoyed crocheting and making her “famous” baked lasagna for family and friends. She is survived by her sister Theresa (Tessie) Wayne, sister-in-law Cappy Kopylec and many nieces, nephews and their families, and several godchildren.
