Who is “Anthony” to us he is known as Mutz just one of the neighborhood kids from Glenbrook Ave. A nickname that has stuck with him for over 50 years, who had his eyeglasses etched with his Mutz insignia. There were so many memorable times we all spent with Mutz from neighborhood birthday celebrations, watching bicycle tag when Mutz who only had his new bike an hour to be totally wrecked and the annual road trip to Misquamicut before school started! He was funny and a great friend…but a stone crusher to his best buddies (Dave, Mello, & the Bean). Through the years I saw Mutz while out and about & he always had time to talk and see how you were doing, never too busy for a friendly conversation. You will be missed by all! Heaven watch out Mutz has arrived! Mutz/ Anthony will always be there in all of our hearts.
Mrs. Ugolik, Eddie, Bo (Bobby) my family and I send our heartfelt sympathy & prayers to you in this time of sorrow and sadness.
Barb Mastroianni & family (Gina, Christian, Jim)
My deepest condolences to all of you! Mutz was the “ leader of the pack” and always kept an eye out for us younger kids. I will remember him fondly when I use to come visit the neighborhood from Ursini Drive and when returning from Maryland on summer vacations. Lots of laughs and good times. Rest In Peace until we meet again.
With deepest sympathy,
Cindy and Barbara Lane (Joe Colello’s cousins)
