Anthony R. Ferrucci Jr., 81 of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 6, 2021 at his home with his family by his side.  He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Margaret “Peggy” Deninger Ferrucci.  Anthony was born in New Haven on January 12, 1940, and was the son of the late Anthony R. and Phyllis Dramesi Ferrucci Sr.  He served his country faithfully in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.  Anthony had worked as a plumber at Yale University for many years until his retirement.  He was a proud member of the NRA.  Anthony enjoyed hunting, shooting at the range, Westerns, traveling and trips to the casino with his wife.  Father of Anthony Ferrucci III, Jacquelyn (David) Raymond, Dawn Apuzzo and Denise DiBenedetto.  Grandfather of Vincent (Alicia) Apuzzo III, Anthony Apuzzo, David Raymond Jr., Sarina DiBenedetto, Justin Raymond, Marco DiBenedetto, and Jordan Raymond.  Great-grandfather of Emma Apuzzo.  Brother of Patricia Zoccoli and the late Judith Daigle.  Brother-in-law of Al Daigle and many other brother and sister in laws.  Predeceased by his brother-in-law Mike Zoccoli. 

The visiting hours will be Thursday, September 9th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Saint Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Barnabas Church, 44 Washington Avenue, North Haven on Friday morning at 10:00.  Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405
