John A. Chudyi, 51, of North Haven passed away on January 7, 2016 at St. Raphael’s campus of Yale New Haven Hospital. He was the fiancé of Jean Caneschi. John was born in Meriden on January 8, 1964; son of the late Emil and Anna Kozuruba Chudyi. He was a 1983 graduate of Sheenan High School, a graduate of Johnson & Wales College and an avid sports fan. Father of Kaylie Dorsey and Matthew Chudyi. Brother of Peter Chudyi and Mary Lacoske. Predeceased by his brother-in-law George Lacoske. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and his dog Jersey.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Monday morning at 10:00. Interment will follow in North Haven Center Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Sunday from 4 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his children in the name of Matthew Chudyi through People’s Bank, 1575 East Main Street #15 Meriden, CT 06450.

Although I did not know your loved one personally, I hope knowing that they are in our loving heavenly Father's memory will bring your family comfort during this difficult time. Very soon now we can look forward to God's promise at a Revelation 21:4: "… Death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore, the former thing have passed away."
