Anthony M. Marinuzzi, 58, a lifelong resident of North Haven passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Loving husband of Gail Ceneri Marinuzzi. Anthony was born in New Haven on January 21, 1957; son of the late Carlo and Madelyn DeSenti Marinuzzi. Father of Anthony M. Marinuzzi Jr., (Cariann) and Michael Marinuzzi. Brother of Carl Marinuzzi, Donna Slattery (Bob), Madelyn Sola (Michael), Elizabeth Mitchell (Tom) and Paul Marinuzzi (Ann). Also survived by the light of his life, his granddaughter Madison and several nieces and nephews. Anthony was a talented artist and graphic designer and worked for Brody Printing Company for several years. The family would especially like to thank the nursing staff of the 7th floor of the Smilow Cancer Hospital for their wonderful care and support throughout his illness.
His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue Saturday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Frances Cabrini Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Friday from 4 to 7 pm. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

I am very sorry for your loss. Although I did not know your loved one personally, I hope knowing that they are in our loving heavenly Father's memory will bring your family comfort during this difficult time. Very soon now we can look forward to God's promise at a Revelation 21:4: "… Death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore, the former thing have passed away."
To the Marinuzzi & Ceneri family: Losing someone so dear is extremely hard, there are no words.
