I will always remember Barb. She always remembered me. I would enter a room she was in and from over in the corner I would hear “Hi Aunt Pat”.
I will always remember the pillar of devotion that you all were for her. You loved her so well for so long. Be at peace, as she is now.
From the day I met Barb she had an infectious laugh. She enjoyed the simple things, coffee, ducks, and spending time being with those she loved. I will never forget the Disney Trip with her, (her flirting with the captain on the boat), our time on the boat at Lake Zoar, our times sitting at the Smilow or at the Group Home just having a good laugh. You’ll forever be in our hearts. May she Rest In Peace amongst the Angels. Condolences to all.
I was saddened to learn of Barb’s passing just today; I would have liked to attend the service and said hello to her family members whom she loved so much and who were so very good to her as well. I was her teacher at Mill Road School for a few years right across the street from your former home. How I enjoyed having her in the class and DO so remember her smile and her infectious laugh. I have thought of her often lately especially when I recently read of the passing of her classmate and good friend Bobby Lanouette a few months ago. I hope they meet up and recall wonderful times together when they were very young. They ARE among the angels now . My condolences to the entire family!
