Barbara (Butler) Kruglik, age 89 of North Haven, beloved wife of 57 years to the late Frank Kruglik, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28th, 2022 with her loving family by her side. Born in New Haven, CT on September 9, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Horn) Butler. Barbara was a retired employee, where she worked for 37 years, as a secretary for the North Haven Public School system until she retired in 2011. She belonged to the St. Barnabas Women’s Club and loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially to Cape Cod. A loving mother to Debbie (Carla) Kruglik, Kathleen (Andy) Giordano and Peter (Gina) Kruglik. Grandmother of Mick (Analee) Giordano, Kristen (Michael), Christopher (Jason), Kyle (Jessica), Brian, and Kaitlyn (Ryan) Kruglik. Sister of Elaine (Butler) Hoye of California. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring and loving staff at The Linden and CT Hospice. Additionally, the family would like to thank Lisa Jo and all of the other ladies for the compassion and loving care that mom received from them.
The visiting hours will be Wednesday, Feb. 2nd at The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral and burial services will be privately held in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the CT Hospice Inc., 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
