David Carl Briganti, 57, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford, with his family by his side. David was born in New Haven on February 10, 1959; son of the late Arthur M. and Mildred Bennett Briganti, Sr.; had worked for Marcus Dairy, Mory’s Club, Versalock and most recently as a truck driver for Cromwell Concrete Products. He was a Dallas Cowboy’s, New York Yankees fan and enjoyed riding his Harley with his many friends. Brother of Debra (Robert) Aceto, Arthur M. Briganti, Jr., and Robert L. Johnson. Uncle of Alisa Martin, Marc Aceto and Tracy Johnson. Great-uncle of Harrison, William & Jonathan Martin and Gulianno & Jayden Aceto. Also survived by a host of great, great friends and his buddy Louie the dog.
His Funeral Procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Saturday morning at 9:15. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Most Holy Trinity Church, Wallingford at 10:00. Interment will follow in Bare Plains Cemetery, North Branford. The visiting hours will be Friday from 5 to 8 PM.
I am very sorry for your loss. Dave was a great man and a great friend to everyone, he had such a nice smile and his laugh made you laugh.. Ride with the wind Dave, you will be missed RIP.
