Beverly A. Polek Emerson, 78, of North Haven passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 30th, 2022 at her home. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to Arthur D. Emerson. Beverly was born in New Haven on January 17, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna DelChiaro Polek. A graduate of Hillhouse High School, New Haven, Beverly had worked as a secretary for St. Raphael’s Hospital. She enjoyed cooking and being with her family who she loved unconditionally. Loving mother of Beth Darwick and her husband Andrew. Devoted grandmother of Ashley and Lauren Darwick. Predeceased by her brothers Donald, Walter and Larry Polek.
A catholic parlor service will be held on Thursday morning, July 7th at 11:00 in The Havens Family, North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM until time of service. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

Beverly I am so very sorry of hearing this just today…I grew up knowing all of you including your mom.. I remember you always stopped at my mothers house when you were able to…..RIP Beverly….
